Returns:

If we ship the wrong or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping and send a free replacement. If there is any error, please contact us immediately at Support@AveryEvans.shop.

Domestic shipments may be returned for a refund within 14 days of arrival. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it in order to be eligible for a return. No refunds or store credits will be given for any visible damage. If you wish to send a damaged item back, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs for your original order are also not refundable.

Artwork cannot be returned.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Digital downloads cannot be refunded.

Custom orders cannot be returned.

Hand-painted Vans cannot be returned.
